I don't play the game, so honestly, apart from telling you if the Steam version is the same, I don't know what else to recommend.
shadow has lots of prombs with direct x same thing happens to me when i try to play mw3

Did you have the latest version of Windows 10 ( I mean, it's your Shadow pc up to date )?

check you're DirectX version plus don't download it from the Xbox app it breaks for some reason when you do download from the Microsoft store if possible and try to update you drivers if you can thats what fixed mine so maybe it can fix yours too

Not working as in Nvidia experience isn't or installing the driver? Sometimes the preinstalled experience goes a bit crazy lol.. If it's that that isn't opening uninstall it and install the newer Nvidia App
But If it's from unsupported region, they can't help

That is a #support-ticket issue. Not a community help issue.
We don’t have the power to change your plan. You can from the website, or by asking support.
Anyway ae = Emirates arabian...out of region.
So, even if you'll get the money from PayPal, keep in mind that Shadow can block you for future accounts, if you use the same card.
Anyway yes, only Shadow support can able to upgrade the plan, if on your account page, is not possible.
4GB RAM have Discovery
That's why it's not working
You need to upgrade the plan, as you already know, at least to Boost
All is fine and working
But the minimum requirement of the game is 8GB
