hey i just let some stuff running in the background and now i see that it will turn off after 10min. How can i prevent that from happening?

Hi. No that's not possible. Shadow is for active using. When you don't make inputs or when you close the Shadow launcher then your Shadow PC goes off.

You could try by opening a Shadow support ticket. But it can be that the Shadow support don't accept this.

Let's not threat these amazing workers and staff because they work to hard to keep the community running as it's not their fault because as I always say to my friends, "Always read the small print"
