Apart Shutdown your Shadow via ?,,and wait 15 minutes to have a new virtual machine, the community support ( player/user to player/user can do much).

When I put my machine to stop, the machine simply doesn't stop, it keeps running, and the message shadow is off is permanent, I've tried everything you can imagine, and the company doesn't answer a 2-line ticket, I ask to reset this machine for me, why doesn't it stop, or simply delete it so I can create another one.
