I can log in
But I can't use the pc

What is the VM status ?
Also the Web App is early access and don't work on all

Never heard of it, probably not support yet. Try Chrome, I know that works. My primary is Opera GX and just get white circles as seems to not be supported.

But also please bare in mind Shadow has an idle based auto shutdown and that bypassing it will get your Shadow terminated 🙂
So if being used for AFK gaming, it ultimately won't work out.

Well yeah like I said it's a bug I've seen.
Support will need to look into it.
Unfortunate timing though being the weekend.
You can see if Reset kicks it though.
All My PCs > Click VM > Settings Cog > Reset this PC

Just figured if wasn't assigned, could be why not seeing a VM, but it is assigned, so there's nothing else I can think of. Will need support to look at it, which they're closed on weekends unfortunately so won't answer your ticket till earliest Monday.

And in the application I get that it is still being activated when 3 hours ago they sent me a gmail saying that my VM is already active
I have it in Spanish but it says basically the same thing that I say that supposedly my vm is not active when I subscribed 4 hours ago

i accidentally fell asleep multiple times im talking like 5 and it was open the entire time
The same issue still happens here. I also have the A-104 issue. I bought it yesterday and I contacted support this morning. The live chat doesn't seem to work today. Hopefully the issue is fixed soon.
Still no response from the support desk. I am amazed by the slow support. I knew it was slow but 3 days without a response...
Well they’re closed on the weekend so can’t count Saturday or Sunday. Hmm via your account I assume? Did you get automated email of ticket open confirmation ?
okay I understand that they are closed on Sunday and that they are not responding then, but I expected to be on top of the pile on Monday. Appearently not. It's just sad that it takes so long. First I tried via Conversation feature in the bottom right of the account page but I didn't get an email from that. And yesterday I tried via the support contact form. That got me a conformation email back.
Well on Monday they’ll have to start with the tickets that were opened Friday or even Thursday.
