Hi, good morning!
I woke up to my computer saying that there was a scheduled maintenance. As I waited, the notification disappeared at the bottom of the Shadow screen which was my first time ever seeing that happen. So I closed out of Shadow completely and restarted it. I received the same “Oops… request failed 503” white screen on my web browser. I was then led to the FAQ page where it’s showing the potential problems and how to fix them. I tried everything, but I resorted to uninstalling Shadow to see how I could fix the problem. As for now, it won’t let me login or reinstall the Shadow onto my computer.
My questions are: Is this because of the scheduled maintenance? If so, do I need to wait to reinstall Shadow back onto my computer? If it isn’t, what is another way that can I reinstall Shadow?
