#How to connect a iPhone with shadow to a monitor?

Dell 27 Gaming Monitor it has 1440p plus up to 165hz with DisplayPort and 144hz with HDMI, I need a iPhone adapter to connect to the monitor, so I can take full advantage of it through shadow.

iPhone adapter is vague. Is it a lightning iPhone? USB-C iPhone?

HDMI is the best you can do. Tons of adapters on the market. Or Airplay to an AppleTV/use the Shadow AppleTV app.
