changed my plan from the 20 to 30 shadow

i changed my plan but it didn't change for some reason

Is it just the storage that hasn't changed?

If so, check Disk Management

So RAM is still 6GB? Have you shutdown the Shadow for at least 10 mins since upgrading?

ye i shut it down multiple times

its 12 gb now @winged sinew but the storage didn't go up

Then you'll need to check Disk management as I said, likely just need to extend the volume.

Put in Disk Management in the Windows search bar.

Right click the C: part at the bottom, the blue part and choose extend volume and just keep clicking next/ok etc
