There's no GPU in the Essential plan
Look at the name of the offer you have in your customer area
I did and the one i purchased was the discovery.
Does Device Manager show a GPU other than the PXL adapter?

Correct. It's possible the GPU just never attached if you're really on Discovery.
Discovery has 6GB RAM not 4GB this is Essential.
So whats the plan about the ram I know what to do about the gpu but whats sup with the ram?
Check your account, I bet it says the VM is Pro Essential.

It'll tell you what plan you have.

You can upgrade, if the option to do so doesn't bug out and say there's no plans for you.

No. Upgrade, you pay the difference.. I mean if you actually want a Shadow with a GPU that is.
