Been going on 2 hours without being contacted after submitting ticket, and since I'm genuinely panicking over this and can't access my PC or talk to any of friends until this is resolved, it's really upsetting to not be able to simply call a support line to actually talk to someone to resolve this. Would have hoped such a serious matter would receive a prompt reply after being a subscriber for over a year at this point

Been 4 hours now, still have not received any communication, this is getting ridiculous to not receive a reply for such a serious issue after this much time. Very upsetting, literally just been on the edge of my seat anxiously checking my inbox every few minutes for 4 hours praying for a reply.
