My only guess is that it’s not supported due to the volatile economy, if they lowered the pricing for Turkish accounts, they’d have to implement strong systems to stop people not in Turkey ordering on the cheap. Probably a logistical nightmare for them.

This is the fault of the local provider, that can't able to pay for better hardware.
Infact Nvidia on North America and Europe ( Europe part ) the Priority and Ultimate have Rtx 2080-3060-4080 class Gpu.

While on free package Gtx 1060 and rtx 2050

I think it's not operated by nvidia in Turkey, but I do agree that the price difference (1€ difference) doesn't excuse fact that the hardware is not similar...
