Hi, I kind of know that I am throwing a rock in the sea by asking that here but I bought a key for a game on the game store of Shadow but I did not received any Key related to it, I been charged, got the invoice and got the confirmation email is there anyway to have it ?
I did reached the support but did not hear back from them yet 👍

Shadow keys, are provided by Gamesplanet.
Shadow support work from Monday to Friday, do that's why you don't receive an answer from them.
