#datacenter frdun2 not working.

I have the same issue. I guess we just have to wait.
for sure everyone using the frdun2 datacenter is unabale to log in, the same issue happened yesterday afternoon too, hopefully as it slowly approaches a normal time for people to be awake we might have more luck with an update / resolution
Do you remember around which time someone actually handle the problem yesterday?
I mean was it morning afternoon ?

it was roughly 13:00-15:00 uk time, we never got direct updates on when work was stated to fix the problem but it was during that time the frdun02 datacenter was unavailable as it is now
Alright , thanks , best solution is to send ticket here and on shadow support team directly , with your log . I think it's pointless to wait for a fix anytime soon

I would need ticket numbers
Ideally when you open a ticket you include the logs from your client
Give me 1 sec i will provide it for you
Keep in mind all mods are volunteers so I can only move the needle if I get enough ticket numbers on the same issue
HCHQZJ here is my log , no one on frdun02 data center can log in so i guess it's a lot of people.

yesterday all useful corrispondence happened in the just chat channel on discord, i have a ticket but being the weekend there has been no updates
I just need the ticket number. If I get enough it helps when I speak to shadow
you can see here roughly when the issue was discussed

it was an issue that effected the entire frdun02 datacenter, very clearly the same issue has reoccoured
I would not know, but I know I can get eyes on the problem if I get what is needed. Ticket numbers from users.
if you look through discord you can see a number of people from the frdun02 datacenter reporting their shadow could not logon - including myself. considering it seems to be specific to the frdun02 datacenter and is symptomatically identical to yesterday id be suprised if its not the same issue

I think a lot of people complaint on discord only without openning support ticket on official website so unless this error stay for a long period u will not have a lot of different support ticket number i guess

I am a volunteer and with tickets I can get eyes. The more tickets I get the better

most likely when someone in a suitable position at shadow actully wakes up someone will do something

(for some reason it stayed on for 4 1/2 hours)
yeah i considered that issue, ive had it before. app couldnt log in cos pc was stuck on. i fixed before using phone app 'off' option but that just returns l-200 error today
