Hi, so, i have a question. Before i buy the shadow pc. I already used shadow like months before and had no issues but sadly lost access to that email. Now i wanted to buy shadow again and noticed that trought the "shadow network" i got assigned to server "Dunkerque (FRDUN02)". I cant use that, there i got huge latency etc. Idk how to change it to "Frankfurt (DEFRA01)". For me the France server is unplayable.. Amy way to change server before i buy it? Or should i buy and then ask to be switched to Frankfurt?? Thanks to whoever helps me and srry for any typo error.

Blimey. Well then for Frankfurt you’d need a German account with details for somewhere near Frankfurt. German accounts get allocated to Frankfurt or Strasbourg, depending on where they are. — Pro Expert is exempt from this as that is only in Dunkirk no matter which regional account you make.

To be assigned to Dunkirk you either ordered Pro Expert or created an account that is allocated there, like UK for example.
Yes you would need a new account. How you do this is up to you. Being that you’re in an unsupported country. I do not advise using shadow as such.

Ironically i even made the acces with a new email and selected DE as region. And when i go to help chat to do the test i get the France region

I kinda solved it? I set everything with DE infos. Zip code etc and hope to be assigned to DE. This time the bot assigned the test network to Frankfurt

That doesn’t mean you are in the dunkirk server
Go to German and you’ll see the German server there X)

Strasbourg its fine. Better then Dunkirk. I got 0.9 jitt here. On Dunkirk i have above 3 jitt and close to 100 ping
On Strasbourg i have 0.9 jitt and 25 or less ping

Ok, maybe you can ask to switch to the server in Germany though? Since your account is already in the country…
And FIY for that chatbot: the server it gives you is based on the language you select at the beginning
