#High latency after upgrading

I think you have got Plan names confused, not sure how you can upgrade to Discovery, it's the lowest. Also Downgrades occur at next billing date, only Upgrades are near instant.
Hello, Pip! Yeah, I waited for the downgrade for a few days. It happened today and I didn't like it so I requested upgrade, which was processed immediately.
So you're on Boost now?
Just checking my email to confirm on the names!
This is what I have right now, and...
Also, latency seems fine.. Just packet loss, unless you somehow consider 18-20ms high?
However the stats look like without anything going on. Best to share the stats filtered to last 10 mins or more.
Okay you still have Discovery, the lowest plan.
Can't upgrade to that.
Maybe from Essential, as that one is GPU-less.
Yes! That's what I downgraded to. Essential. 😂
Maybe I need to install the driver. I'll go do that now.
Thank you very much for checking my stats!
Sharing progress in case anyone has a similar experience and ends up on this thread.
This check failed earlier, saying the system was incompatible. That might have been because the Essential -> Upgrade hadn't happened.
Failed again.
Weird. Check Device Manager > Display Adapter.
I tried resetting the Shadow PC too. Still same issues. In fact, it only happens when I run a video game.
I've submitted a ticket.
No GPU attached. Should normally come back after being Shutdown after 15 mins minimum. Do the other specs match Discovery?
Oh, also! The screen resolution keeps reverting to this weird square size after I downgraded it to Essential. It's still stuck at this size.
I think so. Let me check!
They both have 256GB. Check taskmanager for the ram. If 4GB it’s still on Essential.
Still on Essential.
I'll go to bed for now and see if it's been upgraded when I wake up.
Yeah shutdown and check in the morning for you, if no change open a ticket with support and they’ll get back to you earliest Monday.
