my headset doesnt get any sound

So i connected my steel series arctic headset to my pc and the only way i can hear sound is if i disable the microphone. But doing that disabled my mic. How can i fix this?

And to make matters worse now im getting this message when i try loading in to shadow…

Yeah i just had to reboot my pc again but what of my initial issue with my headset?

What headset do you use? Is it a USB one? And if yes have you installed ShadowUSB and forwarded it in Shadow overlay?
