That's wrong.. You've not input target IP

2ms from machine to local router, something is most likely wrong or you are not connected using direct ethernet, also give all details as requested in https://discord.com/channels/460948857304383488/1210660461457051758

I also noticed at the end of the clip you're transferring a file..

Chances are this is cauing your latency.

No, also when I was playing VR it was just like very good for like 15 seconds, then 1-2 seconds unstable, and then always like that
