its stuck on this screen and when i try to open it the circles are just stuck and not moving and when they do it goes to this screen can yall pls help me

On the launcher, go into the help section and click Display Safe mode. If that boots in, then restart windows (the shadow one).. If it's the same, issue a shutdown via the help section once says Shadow is off, wait like 5 mins and click start again. If issue persists, I have no clue other than waiting a bit longer between shutdown and start.

Out of curiosity what did you last do on your Shadow before this happening? What app is that running, is this the first time using it?

looks like you did tweak optimization and deleted the Shadow components needed to stream

Contact support if they are able to reinstall it or you'll have to reset your Shadow.

You reset via your account webpage, hit the edit and choose reset.

Well it’ll reinstall windows and the shadow software back to a usable state. Be careful what you install next time, process takes a minimum of 30 mins so don’t try start up before then.

It should have been off for the reset to even start, otherwise it would error out and not say it started.

You set it started. Anyways, once it says it’s off, then issue the reset.

Or close the app for 20 mins if it’s stuck shutting down. Then issue the reset

What do you mean again, you’ve not even started it yet if it shows an error.

If the app says shadow is off close it, issue the reset(once it successfully starts the reset) wait at least 30-45 mins, re open the app.
