Hmm show all options on the left. It’s should be in one of them. I’ve not had a proper look at the new layout.

Although it looks like Cancel is greyed out, which might be why it’s not showing, have you paid this months bill?

is it normal for it to take a while to start once i upgraded?
Upgrade usually takes about 10 mins when the shadow is off.
But never heard of any starting issues with upgrading.
