cant even load into windows its (booting) and then begin to scan and repair and then i gets stuck on 100%

was this a new D: storage or upgrade storage ?
guess better to contact support if they can fix it. But that's weird.

So, best I would advice. Issue a shutdown, wait 10 mins and try again to reset like you did. Wait 1hr and start again.
If still stuck, contact support if they can fix it (I guess but didn't see that issue for long) and indeed it's weird
