low frames and lagging on desktop but not on phone

So for some reason my desktop shadow has been extremely laggy even when I updated everything but on my phone it works fine and this just started a month ago out of nowhere

Do you have different network settings on both shadow clients?
(You could just try to uninstall and redownload the client?)
Also your picture doesn’t show much unfortunately.
Try to use your shadow for a bit and then share a screenshot of the stats (also use « last 30 minutes » (or whatever time frame there is). One minute is a bit short as well

We need more details here, lagging in general? Lagging in game, play for 20 minutes, and show us a graph of the last 20 mins

This is everything from the stats over around a hour or two and what I have the video set to on the laptop

Did you let it without doing anything for an hour?
If so the graph won’t show anything.
Disable H265.
Also you have « low frame rate » because your frame rate is set to 20

Also please show your network settings (on the shadow client) and play for a bit on shadow and then show the graph …

What does that mean? Either way the graphs shows 2 fps average and 0.2mbps usage… it looks like it was idling

My shadow been working perfectly fine since I got it now all of sudden I been having low frame rates and lagging issues to a point I can’t do anything on it
