So I've been subscribed to shadow for over a month now, and I've learned today that I have an RTX A4000 in my computer, whereas some other people I've seen have an A4500. And we're all on the power tier of shadow, so why do they have a more powerful card than me?

Yes I'm in the UK. But the thing is on the website it lists that I'm meant to have an A4500 in mine.

You should not see a big difference btw. Yeah on paper, A4500 is a bit better but should not be a big deal. Although if it did say to you it must be a A4500, I would contact support to know about it.

All I do know is that some regions have the A4000 and some the A4500 now... UK being one of those... Why and why the same cost I don't know... I would personally suggest changing plan to the Pro Advanced, you'll get the A4500 and 1TB C Drive for 52.99.. So not even that much more.

Chances are no... It will just change over after shutting down for like 5 mins, then just manually extend the C drive.. You'll pay the difference when order, which will be detailed.

Well Power is 49.98 .. Pro Adv is 52.99.. and as the change is near instant, you'll pay the difference pro-rated, then full amount on next bill date.
