i log into my shadow pc it shows the welcome screen and then goes straight black screen

Does the issue happen when you use Shadow on other devices? yes
Is the issue present on different networks and/or connection types? (Ethernet, 5GHz WiFi, etc.) happens on all
If it's an issue with a game or app, does the issue happen with other software? happens when i load up shadow

you are using shadow desktop application ? shadow web application ?

what is your local (i)GPU (model & brand) ?

you said community fiber, then 5GHz as connection type, those two are very different, are you connected using 5G Broadband, Optical fiber, Coaxial ?
