#Shadow Freeze while Downloading stuff

When i download anything from epic,steam,etc , shadow is freezing to the point i cant move the cursor.
80% of the time, the screen is freezing and i have to restart the stream.
I have 2 drives of 500gb. Doesnt metter where i download or install the app, is the same.
Is there a fix for this? I mean, i can limit the download speed, but what about installing apps?

You may open a support ticket for this, you could try to reduce shadow bitrate while downloading

also looks like only stream is freezing.. the rig seems to work
