I've been experiencing this problem for about 3-4 months now and I'm not really sure what to do anymore, if anybody else has the same issue can you share any insight/a possible solution?

When you try to access the shop tab or even the website shop + account settings, it returns a "403 Forbidden", right?

If so, it's happening for a while, indeed.

I'm still having that issue, and in game, I can't even open the shop and buy anything because it cant load :/

you are playing game in exclusive fullscreen right ?

just tested on my side, no issues with shop on my side on EU/US region, borderless & fullscreen...

unlikely shadow related, but you may try your luck with overwatch support

and you need to be in exclusive fullscreen anyway for overwatch

#

or you will trigger anticheat

isn't my acc tho, I tried loggin in another pc (my bf's) and shop works fine

and shop previously worked in shadow

perhaps Overwatch is taking Shadow's service as if it were a VPN?

Well, you're playing on/through a Virtual Machine/server:
A VPN connection between you and Shadow server.
