i tried opening the app "BitTorrent" and then the pc froze so i had to close the app. When i opened it, it was iust stuck on these screens (photos attatched). I already tried turning it off, troubleshooted, even left it on for a couple hours and it still wouldnt let me in. I payed for this and im not able to use it. How do i fix this?

Unless you have another streamer available like VR, parsec, or whatever to access your Shadow, no.
You'll have to reset your Shadow through your web account. You could also ask support if they are able to but unlikely.

So you don't have it. Only way is to reset your Shadow (faster to get in), or contact support if they are able to. But could be the same answer

No, it fully resets the PC. We do not have data redundancy for Shadow PC.
