Hello, i just booted up shadow to play a few games but i was jumpscared by the lowest resolution there is. Upon further investigation, i found out the gpu isnt being detected. I restarted shadow completely and it is still the same. Does someone know a solution to this?

Try installing/updating the NVIDIA drivers if you haven't already. It could be that the current version isn't able to detect the GPU or they're corrupted. You can install the drivers via RTX Experience.
