Yes. Your current account cannot be migrated to another region/server.
When you subscribe to Shadow PC, you need to pay double, tripe attention on the website region/country that you're using. Otherwise, you might get a wrong region.
You can try to contact Support and explain what happened. But they won't change your region.

This is ridiculous. I didn't see a warning about this anywhere and I thought I would choose a region after purchasing, but that wasn't the case. Why do I have to deal with this?

It would have automatically gone to the store of your country.
Unless, 1. You’re in an unsupported region. 2. You’re using a US VPN.
The country selection on the main website is for the storefront.
US - You create a US Shadow account, input US based address and pay in Dollars.
UK - UK shadow account, input UK address and pay in Pounds.
France - you get my drift by now.

I live in Turkey, but it would be better if a Germany server came instead of a NA server.
