#Horrible Lag / Latency again

This is an issue between Shadow and some ISP's
They are working on a fix right now
I saw the issue, but thought my ping might help identify the issue
I do hope it gets fixed soon. Seems to be almost every friday that this happens. Causes such bad latency that i just end up shutting shadow and waiting because its not even usable

Exact same thing here, same center and ISP
When the issue first started happening a few weeks back, i contact customer support and they sent a email back saying the issue does seem to be primarily affecting people with COX as their ISP
I had it a few weeks ago too, then resolved until today
Caused due to COX for some odd reason rerouting everyones connections
Makes me want to go back to centurylink honestly but they dont service in this area
You have 6ms and 2% packet loss to your own router. That’s the start of your issues. Other hops don’t look too out of the ordinary/
