Erm was kind of hoping for more information lol.. Anyways, you can try this ;
Delete the manifest file on Shadow : C:\Program Files\Blade Group\ShadowInstallerClone\current_manifest
Shutdown, close Shadow app, wait a couple mins, re-open and should update or prompt you with an update. This should reinstall the shadow component software.
This highlighted file if you're unsure.

Might take a few attempts for the update to go through.
Clicking continue means you go in with degraded mode, no controller/mic etc

You can try switch to Beta see if that gets it back. Otherwise you'll need to Reset your Shadow.

Shutdown the Shadow for 2-3 mins before loading the Beta app. Will help with the update.

Well I guess it installs other audio drivers and if not used properly can mess things up for the Shadow audio drivers.

Then you keep trying the restart
If after like 5 attempts it doesn't work.. Then you go to your account and reset your Shadow as nothing else will work.

If it gets stuck then that's a problem. If it keeps progressing it'll be fine.

easiest way to fix this is to reset, if you don't have important data saved on your shadow, then just reset it, you can always redownload the games

Because you didn't issue the shutdown.
Issue a shutdown via the App help panel. Once off wait a couple mins then try the reset again
