Shadow do not do Live Chat Support. Ticketing system via Email. Open ticket, get automatic email of ticket open confirmation, then wait for Support agent to reply.

Well you'll need to have some patience.
Anyways, the Shadow won't start activating till the payment has cleared pending, you've not been charged for it yet.
Could be any number of reasons why it's taking longer than usual to be released from pending, only Shadow support will know why specifically, could be that you don't have enough to cover pre-authorisation fees as well as the sub, in some cases this can be the cost of the sub again. Meaning you'd need 2x the sub fee in available funds, only 1 will actually be charged and the other will be returned back to funds from pending.

You haven't receieved the automated response that the ticket was opened? Check Spam.. But if you have that and you're talking about reponse from support themselves.. I said it will likely be tomorrow at earliest. However if you didn't get the automated reply then the ticket didn't open.
