I signed up a few days, put up for the activation and first month of service, but everytime I try to use it, it just says "awaiting activation" in the faq it states that there should be a "ready to use" time estimation on my account page which I cannot seem to find. It also says activation should take about 30-60mins, and it's been a few days now. Any advice? Am I missing something?

and you didn't receive an e-mail (even in spam) with additional information?

I got a confirmation email to include a confirmation/order number and so far that has been all, even in my spam

in the help center tab (menu on your mobile), contact support and ask them. usually it is 1h but for some reason it could take longer but not 3 days without any information. support is closed during weekeend so you will need to wait until tomorrow (monday) with the full load of weekend tickets :/
