controller shows up before i open the streamer in settings, but once streamer is open it shows that there is ''no connected devices''

so i installed the drivers, usb forwarded but only my mouse shows up

not the controller [yes its plugged into usb]

apparently now it says usb forwarding is disabled and i cant enable it through settings
