well with shadow it's a bit different
you'll need to add it manually following a few steps :
- download https://generalarcade.com/gamepadtool/ on local machine
- install and start it
- in the program test all your buttons and axis are recognized and works, then click on "copy mapping string" and paste it here for now

Shadow has never had access to Facebook and messagener I think it's where Facebook doesn't support virtual machine
