I've had this error pop numerous times after attempting all possible fixes such as launching in safe mode, turning on launching with IPV4 Connection, Streaming Preferences with Prefer Reliability (TCP), Using the Beta with all the fixes above as well, and all have been unsuccessful. However I do see the stream starting just for it to be stuck loading for about 3-4 Minutes then Error Popping up.

Hi, follow this steps as you’re facing L-104 issue
Force the shutdown, wait 10 minutes, start it again
If it doesn’t work, force the shutdown, wait 10 minutes, start it using safe mode
If it doesn’t work, then force the shutdown, wait 10 minutes, go to Network settings, go to Advanced, then enable “Force IPV4” option
If none of them worked, then boot up Shadow, after it boots go to help section, click “Send Logs”, wait until a code appear, send that code to support with a detailed explanation

i did the safe mode again and it finnally worked, thank you for the fix
