Lag while gaming

Hi,
I am troubleshooting why i have some lag and low fps in gtav i have a maximum of 50 fps. vsync is off and hertz is at 120.
I tried to set my graphics on so low as possible to get the maximum performance but without result.

installed no mods it is an clean windows with gpu en drivers installed

i solved the lag. i solved it to forward my mous haha. But i see in games very mutch pixels. How can i fix that?
