When did you create the ticket and did you get the automated email confirming the ticket's creation ?
Haha okay 🥲 I’m just used to getting same day responses and it’s been about 3 days now so I’m worried they overlooked the ticket
I actually did not get the confirmation of the ticket now that you say that! Which is strange because I sent in the ticket via the accountpage.
Check your spams. If you didn't get the automated email confirming the ticket's creation, support doesn't have the right email for your account.
Create a new ticket, say you don't get the automated email confirming the ticket's creation, nor support's answers, and give the right email address they should answer to.
