it gave me email saying the payment didnt go through because of insufficient balance , now i have enough on my paypal but i cant try it again or change my payment method to the same paypal
It did that for me just wait the hour it took it
I had this issue, did you use paypal to process your initial payment? I had to link it to my debit card, the only thing i can assume is they are trying to take the money directly from a paypal balance, rather than the card linked to paypal. Hope this helps 🙂

Hi, how many time have passed since you purchased Shadow? Also the transaction was made?
I think it is 1 hour now. First I received an email saying the transaction did not complete. Then later I received an email saying my bill is ready and I payed 45 euro. I started the Shadow app again and it says my pc is ready. It says START NOW So I will try that now 😄
So yes, I just waited the 1 hour period without fixing anything

Yes I am using my Shadow pc. I just waited the one hour and it fixed itself.
