I purchased an XENCELABS Quick Key. In Windows, it works as expected, sending commands just like a keyboard. However, I don't understand why it doesn't work in some applications/games, as if the commands are not being sent. I have tried the same applications/games on my local PC and everything works.

Can you confirm that the driver must also be installed on my physical PC that launches Shadow in order to be forwarded? I don't want to create any incompatibilities by having installed the driver on both systems, physical and cloud (even though I don't understand why it works for normal use).

You have forwarded the USB device to Shadow? Also it only not works for some applications or with all the applications?

I install driver on my local PC, then launch shadow, install driver also on shadow and check the forwarder option. The keypad work with windows, chrome etc.. not work in some APP and GAME (for example Luminar AI and Xplane 12) dont' understand why...maybe is possible keypad issue but on my local pc work with these apps. Thanks

Okay, I understand
Maybe that apps have incompatibilities… But it’s strange than works on your local PC…
You’re using the apps fullscreen or windowed mode?

fullscreen..you're right i think about trying windowed too, i try this evening whaen come back home...
