In the menus its not going over 30 fps my hrz on my monitor is 120 cant even play games past 1080p balanced on games 3070 my ass screen tarring input lag altho my internet is great my gpu usage isnt being used barely highest i seen it is 45 percent on it multiple crashes on my shadow and just slow even when i full reset it doesnt cange its pixilated on all my games i play and i go into its Nvidia control panel when i enable or change something nothing barely changes very very unsatisfied please and thank you just saying my zip is 48038 and its giving me a computer in new york

its not my internet my ms on shadow hub is a consistet 31.5-38 thats not bad
