Have you opened a ticket with support? As this has been going on for so long? Only they can use the Logs code.

Thanks for the responses, yes I've had an open ticket with them for 10 days, no luck. Will update if we find the issue.
Im having the same issue. Ive opened 3 tickets with no help.
Before you start the Shadow pc, in the main menu turn from full screen to windowed mode. its help me.
Tried windowed mode, safe mode, changing display settings, power cycling twice, now 18 days of black screen and support and the devs are working on it. Ticket has been open 18 days.
Ticket ID please. Also send logs from the ? menu of the launcher and give me that code as well.

Don't let the connection error throw you, it's the black screen on beta and official both windows and Android.
