For the datacenter location. The nearest is Dunkirk ( near English Channel) and the wait time it's usually less than an hour.

Apart on Dallas, Shadow use only OVH datacenter ( Ovh cloud ).

And there's another error: Dunkirk/Dunkerque is on France and not on Germany.
