Yesterday, I bought the upgrade from shadow basic, to shadow pro and also got the 6 month subscription. It updated and asked me to confirm that it would erase all my data. Now every time I log into shadow it says update failed and brings up the old shadow pc with none of the "data" erased. I hadn't used shadow for over a month before this because I was on vacation out of state.

Try canceling your subscription and then resubscribing
The basic > pro upgrade is quite new.

I just bought the pro to start.
I had shadow for a really long time
Cancelling and re-ordering will just waste funds cause of having to pay for activation fee etc and lose out on the rest of the month.
Support will sort it out if you contact them like Ak says, there's another user with same problem.
