I don't know what I gotta do for having yall fix this, but I tried, force shutting down the shadow, waiting at least 10 to 15 minutes, turning it back on again, nothing, tried a reinstall, tried resetting the shadow PC and now I can't even access my subscription for the pc on the site. Please fix!!!!!!!!!!! I've tried this both on two laptops that I own, as well as a fresh install on my mac. Same! Thing! I'm annoyed! This has been going on for the past couple of days. I sent two tickets but got! Nothing!

Also have you tried forcing the shutdown, wait 10 minutes, start it using safe mode option in help section?

Yep, done both things even in safe mode it still gives out that error.
And as for support tickets, I sent two tickets so far, no response. I swear, I'm not happy and this has been going on for a couple days now!
Well, don't know if anyone else's shadow got fixed but mine did finally.
