Sometimes can take longer. Depends on support loads. Weekends do tend to be longer, I am sure you'll hear back soon. Most important part is that the confirmation of ticket opening was received.
24h + is a hefty "takes longer"

I hope we get a free month over this support wait. I'm going to be asking for one for the consistent downtime and problems I've had the last week which has made the service next to unusable
I have not had a good service experience since the maintenece downtime we had a week and a bit ago. It has completely degraded what I liked about shadow

Genuinely no excuse. I left em this on my ticket because the down time has made it barely usable the last couple of weeks. Soon as I get connection stability poof, now there's a different issue. Cmon shadow. Smdh

Stable should work. It hasn't.
If it's not one thing it's anorher and it's trying on the patience to wait a week to maybe get a stable connection a few times.
My internet is faster here than at my previous location and I'm right next to one of shadow's datacenters in Portland. -.-, im on a 1gbps (866 to 1gbit up/down) fiber line, there's 1ms latency if it works. At all.

this discord needs at least some higher level techs or someone else that can let them know that something isnt right
We do inform Shadow Staff if people are reporting the same thing en mass. When it hits around 10+ for the same issue we do so. Opening tickets with support is the best thing people can do.

The polyfil js and Facebook blocks can be safely ignored. Those are just an ad blocker and your browser.
They didn't gulp polyfil with an appropriate map file for symbols. Installing redux should clear those two warnings.
AudioContent being blocked is a Browser permission issue and Client side. Those are your problem, koll

G-403 means that the user account is restricted. That’s why I mentioned early on in the thread to contact support. They can give the reason.

Those tokens should not be readable ....
I mean for as long as your current session lasts you could be hijacked. Middleman with your token and user agent string can make arbitrary api requests.

The only time I’ve seen people mention that error is for an account suspension for a reason like bypassing the idle timer, getting a DMCA notice, etc.

Idle timer is the timer that turns off a Shadow when idle, using a mouse clicker to keep a Shadow instance active is an example of an idle timer bypass.
Well I dont do "torrenting" I just download MSFS 2020 from xbox app which i purchased a few days ago

Cable providers sre notorious for doing this if you call after hours and that's why they suck because isp issues love to magically happen on weekends when I need the puter and ain't at work xd
