Due to the implementation of a new anticheat system by ROBLOX to prevent exploitation, the ROBLOX Web Client is currently not supported on Shadow PC as the anticheat system also unintentionally blocks virtual machines such as Shadow PC. To continue using ROBLOX, we recommend installing the Microsoft Store version, which can be found at https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9NBLGGGZM6WM. Shadow has contacted ROBLOX to gather more information.
I have this exact same issue
has been happening in the past 2 days, my game just pauses for half a second and then continues, this happens every minute or so
I also have 10 packet loss and similar visuals as on that picture. usually i have 0 packet loss

Have you disabled GPU scheduling and gaming mode in Windows option?
Also you’re using a wired or wireless connection?
