For CPU bound games, like minecraft I want to know this because i used to use power, but it seems like the normal shadow has a better cpu?

In some cases even the power CPU is not enough to handle demanding games. Still it is just 4 cores/8 threads. Most of the games are just fine, but there are some not well optimized titles with CPU bottleneck

When it comes to unoptimised games, it tend to be that they don’t utilise multithreading well or at all, meaning the clock speed is the culprit, not the cores. You wanna get the GPU utilisation as high as possible to take load off of the CPU where possible. Which is why Power has an advantage at 1440p and above.

However, Power will have an across board advantage over Base shadow due to the fact the CPU is newer and more powerful. But I’d honestly say not worth if below 1080p ofc.

Almost no difference btw base and power, at least I didn't notice a huge difference. Unless you want to render videos or that you want to experience RTX, base is kinda the same as power lol
