Hi, have you tried clicking on restart and waiting to see if it fixes?
Tried that also jus returns to the same message
If it keeps not installing you will need to reach out to support via your Account, go to the help panel of the app to send logs first then include that code given in the ticket explaining your Shadow will not update no matter how many times you restart the update process.
