#No internet on my shadow pc

Hi all, first time this has happened. I have no active internet connection on my shadow pc. No sites work, cannot ping anything and no applications that require an internet connection start. I've checked the current known issues and this is not mentioned. Any idea what could be going on and how to fix this?

After running windows trouble-shooter I received this. I have not changed or fiddled with any of the network options.
