I am having trouble with games I should have no no problem running, GTA V goes below 60fps all the time, Hogwarts Legacy is beyond playable at times in free roam, Cyberpunk even on the lowest setting still lag, even Destiny 2 a game that been out for years still goes below 60fps at times it should always be 60+ I just I don't know what to do I love Shadow but it seems be disappointing me... Any tips would be helpful as I wanna keep supporting Shadow but my gaming hasn't been the best for the past two weeks.

So what shadow plan are you on, there's no way you're using shadow power plus because it's unavailable right now until some time next month

Hehe power+ in general update to win11, which enables it by default, windows GPU scheduling is incompatible with shadow and will ruin your experience, but I guess you told us your feeling, not raw fps from the VM

#

Also on shadow never use low settings

Since when did they have shadow power +?? I got mine last year and they never gave me any notifications of a new plan...

Power+ released back in April-ish for NA and last week for Europe.

Hi, you have stuttering issues?
Also do you have programs running in background when playing?
Also do you have enabled gaming mode of Windows?

In your user account page it appears the notification of the new plan, right?
Also do you tried clicking upgrade button and see if you can upgrade to the Power+ plan?

There's no upgrade button since I already upgraded to shadow power a while ago, just not shadow power plus

Oh okay, I understand
Also in the notification says than the update will be available for current subscribers in 31/07 or 31 July, so then until that date the only option is to contact customer support for upgrade

Depending on where you are it’s out of stock and is why it doesn’t show on the account page for upgrade.

If you went through the order pages for your location it will likely say out of stock.

For example for Dunkirk.

It shows under Shadow PC it’s just above where this is, but I cut it out.

See just the normal ordering process. There’s never been a specific part for Power.

If it doesn’t appear on your account it’s likely Out of Stock.

Check through the normal ordering process and it will likely say Out of Stock for Power like my screenshot.

Power Plus has been available for NA since April, many upgraded already. But like I said, it’s likely out of stock for your Datacentre and you just need to await for restock. That same 7/31 message appears across all accounts, even Europe ones that don’t use that format lol and then then European people have upgraded where there’s stock be it from base shadow to Power + or Power to Power +
