Didnt get the upgrade

Hello i was using the normal shadow and bought the Power Upgrade but it didnt change anything

Is this even after Shadow being Shutdown for at least 15 minutes?

Well It was a quesiton.. Have you shutdown the shadow and waited at least 15 mins before checking ?

so i shuted it down and waited like 2 hours

and nothing, i reseted the disk

and nothing

That only showed the CPU, but indeed. No Power. Open a ticket with support.
